Makati, Philippines – Streets in the Makati area were flooded on July 21, as seen in a video filmed by Vinci Mendoza.

The flooding affected the intersection of Gil Puyat, Osmena, and Washington, where water had already covered much of the road.

Mendoza reported that the area was already inundated at the time of recording.
