Seville, Spain – Video shot by x user Núñez on October 29, 2025, shows flash flooding overwhelming a public bus amid heavy rain and poor drainage, a clip later shared by @alnugo01 with a sarcastic tag at the mayor.
Filmed vertically from near the bus entrance, the footage captures murky brown water surging in through the lower doors and gaps. Water quickly pools ankle-deep on the gray carpeted floor and sloshes against white paneling, red handrails and a yellow safety barrier.
The level rises to lap at the base of the driver’s console, where dashboard screens and controls are partially reflected. A metal trash bin sits half surrounded as leaves and small debris float by.
Through rain-streaked windows, stalled sedans and vans stand in shallow water in a parking or curbside area; distant buildings blur under the downpour. The camera shakes slightly and the audio records rain pattering on the roof and water gurgling.
The post carries the caption: “And me listening to Virgin of the Waters… get me a submarine!”
