First Snow Sends Two Dogs Into Pure Joy

London – X user Jason Marc Shifrin filmed two extremely excited dogs on a narrow, muddy countryside path, capturing what he described as their first snow of the season.

The clip is shot from behind as the pair trot away from the camera. They appear to be two golden retrievers, or possibly a golden and a labradoodle type dog, moving eagerly along the path.

Light snow falls softly all around them. Flakes drift down and begin to settle on the grass verges and onto the dogs’ fur as they move.

Both dogs react with pure delight. Their tails whip back and forth like helicopter blades as they bounce along the track, pause to sniff at the fresh snow, and playfully nudge each other.

The animals look like they are having the best day of the year, completely thrilled by their first snowfall. It is classic “dogs experiencing snow for the first time this winter” energy — guaranteed to make anyone.
