Las Condes, Chile – The Cuerpo de Bomberos de Santiago is responding to a fire on the rooftop of a 14-floor building.

The incident is taking place at the intersection of San Crescente and Callao in the commune of Las Condes.

Authorities have begun evacuating people from the building due to the severity of the blaze.

Volunteers and machinery from 9 different fire companies have been dispatched to the scene.

Firefighters are actively working to control the flames and secure the area.
