Clamart, France – On May 12, X user Vindedious published a video of a fire and huge explosion at the Hunebelle stadium.

They said: Incendie à clamart au stade Hunebelle en chantier.

A fire is currently raging in the south of Paris, in the town of Clamart.

Thick black smoke has been rising into the Paris skies since 1pm on Monday, May 12, 2025.

Witnesses also reported hearing the sound of an explosion.

The fire is believed to have started at the Hunebelle stadium, which is under construction.

Explosions were caused by gas cylinders at the site.
