Eatonville, Washington – On June 30, Northwest Trek Wildlife Park shared a heartwarming video of a black bear beating the summer heat in her own playful way.

“Meet Fern the black bear!” the post announced.

While Fern has access to a large freshwater pool, she opts for something much cozier — an oversized splash tub.

In the video, Fern can be seen enjoying the cool water while tossing around her favorite giant Kong toy.

Her playful preference for the smaller tub has melted hearts online, showing just how much personality this black bear has.
