Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, USA – Video recorded by x user X/Factor Performance Training on November 20 2025, inside Terminal A shows an overwhelming scene at the American Airlines customer-service and rebooking counters.
The footage reveals extremely long, twisting queues of frustrated passengers stretching across the terminal. The line winds repeatedly between blue stanchion belts and runs from roughly gates A19–A24 and beyond.
Hundreds of travellers stand tightly packed, many holding luggage, looking exhausted or irritated. Some are on their phones while others simply wait in place. The camera slowly pans to show the line disappearing into the distance and around corners.
Overhead fluorescent lights illuminate the packed space, with airport signage and American Airlines counters visible behind the crowds. There is no narration, only ambient terminal noise such as murmurs, rolling suitcases, and occasional announcements.
This unfolded during a massive multi-day operational meltdown at American Airlines caused by severe weather across the U.S., combined with staffing and system issues. The disruption led to thousands of cancellations and delays from November 20–23, one of the busiest travel weekends of the year. DFW was among the hardest-hit airports, with rebooking lines often exceeding 4 to 6 hours. The poster captioned the clip, “Today is NOT the day to work customer service for American Air at DFW, and it will only get worse.”
