Arecibo, Puerto Rico – An MH-60T Jayhawk aircrew medevaced a passenger from the Celebrity Apex north of Arecibo on Dec. 11, 2025.

The patient was accompanied by his wife during the transfer.

Local Emergency Medical Services personnel assisted in moving the patient to Centro Medico Hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico for a higher level of care.
