Finland – A U.S. Air Force KC-135 Stratotanker from the 100th Air Refueling Wing, stationed at RAF Mildenhall in England, carried out aerial refueling of Finnish F/A-18 Hornets.

The operation took place during exercise Atlantic Trident 25 on June 24, 2025.

The training exercise is a recurring collaboration between the United States, the United Kingdom, and France.

It aims to strengthen operational integration and ensure Allied forces can effectively secure the Euro-Atlantic region.

This year marked the first time Finland hosted the exercise.
