Northwest Trek Wildlife Park – A video shows two black-tailed deer having a snack as rut season intensifies for the herd.

“It’s rut season for our black-tailed deer!” the park said, noting that males are showing off their stunning antlers and competing for attention.

According to the park, these impressive antlers shed and regrow each year, serving as a sign of health and strength during the fall mating season.
