Anchorage, Alaska – A mother moose and her calves made an unexpected visit to the Anchorage Fire Department, stopping by the AFD Shop to check out a brush truck featured in a recent AFDFireTruckFriday post.
According to the department, the moose appeared to give the vehicle a silent inspection before calmly leading her young back to their natural habitat.
“She seemed satisfied it’d serve well in the event of a wildfire,” the fire department noted humorously.
No feedback was provided by the wildlife visitors, but the moment was captured after the inspection as Momma and her calves walked away from the shop.
