Cainta, Philippines – A video shared by X user Selene shows vehicles making their way through flooded streets in Cainta, located in the province of Rizal.

The footage was taken along Ortigas Extension near Don Mariano, where floodwaters had partially submerged the road.

Selene said the area was flooded but still passable, and urged people to be careful.
