Charlotte, North Carolina, USA – On January 24, Fireboat 4 and Cornelius Fire companies responded to a reported boat fire off Mariner Cove Drive during an ice storm.
Crews faced freezing temperatures, ice-covered surfaces, and limited access, but quickly worked to bring the fire under control. Fireboat 4 operated from the water, playing a key role in suppression efforts, while ground companies supported operations and ensured safety.
