Rochester, New York – A video filmed by Joseph Frascati shows an aircraft taking off through dense fog and low clouds at night, its landing and navigation lights cutting through the darkness.

The beams scatter and intensify in the mist, creating a powerful, glowing display as the aircraft ascends.

The footage was included in a weather report that noted only slight rainfall but heavy low cloud cover across the region, conditions that can limit visibility and impact flight operations.

The scene reflects forecasts for Rochester in September 2025 that predicted such weather patterns.

Joseph said: “We got little rain. Just enough to get the roads wet. We do have low clouds over the ROC Int’”
