Eastern Pacific Ocean – On April 26, 2026, Joint Task Force Southern Spear carried out a lethal kinetic strike on a vessel linked to Designated Terrorist Organizations.

The operation was directed by the commander of U.S. Southern Command, Gen. Francis L. Donovan. Intelligence confirmed the vessel was traveling along established narco-trafficking routes and was actively involved in narco-trafficking operations.

Three male narco-terrorists were killed during the strike. No U.S. military personnel were reported injured.
