Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands – U.S. Coast Guard units and partner forces are conducting search operations after a vessel capsized offshore, with rescue teams working to locate the missing crew.
Parajumpers assigned to the U.S. Air Force 31st Rescue Squadron were deployed from a C-130 Hercules aircraft operated by the 36th Airlift Squadron.
