Fukushima, Japan – Video filmed by X user t33e4orce shows the official car of the Japanese Imperial Family leaving Fukushima Station at night on April 7, 2026.

The handheld footage captures a black luxury car moving slowly past the area. Inside the back seat, Princess Aiko is clearly visible, smiling and waving toward the crowd. The Emperor and Empress are also seen inside the vehicle.

In the foreground, people can be seen holding up their phones to record the moment, while some wave back as the car passes.

The poster wrote: “On April 7, 2026, Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress and Princess Aiko returned to Tokyo by Shinkansen from Fukushima Station after completing a two-day visit to disaster-affected areas in Fukushima Prefecture.

The temperature in Fukushima City that day was low, and people along the route endured the cold for about one hour.

I was deeply moved to see Their Majesties and Princess Aiko.”
