Rochester, New York – Video filmed by Joseph Frascati shows a JetBlue Airbus A320 being de-iced on the tarmac at Rochester International Airport before departure.
Two cherry picker trucks are positioned next to the aircraft, with workers in raised baskets spraying de-icing fluid. Thick white clouds from the spray cover the fuselage, wings, and nose of the blue and white JetBlue plane.
The aircraft remains stationary on a wet apron as the de-icing operation removes ice caused by the cold weather, ensuring it is safe for takeoff.
