High-Voltage Electrical Fire Breaks Out In San Francisco

San Francisco, CA – The San Francisco Fire Department responded at 7:12 AM to a high-voltage electrical fire at the corner of Laguna and Broadway.

Crews swiftly extinguished the fire using CO2 and coordinated with PG&E to shut off the electrical current to the affected pole.

The incident concluded with no injuries reported, and traffic closures in the area have been lifted.

The fire department reminded the public to exercise caution around electrical equipment and to immediately report any downed power lines or fires to 911.
