Caribbean – On March 25, 2026, Joint Task Force Southern Spear carried out a lethal kinetic strike on a vessel operated by Designated Terrorist Organizations, acting under the direction of Marine Gen. Francis L. Donovan, Commander of U.S. Southern Command.

Intelligence confirmed the vessel was moving along known narco-trafficking routes in the Caribbean and actively engaged in illicit trafficking operations.

The strike resulted in the deaths of four male narco-terrorists. No U.S. military personnel were harmed during the operation.
