Eastern Pacific – On March 8, 2026, Joint Task Force Southern Spear carried out a lethal kinetic strike on a vessel operated by Designated Terrorist Organizations under the direction of Marine Gen. Francis L. Donovan, Commander of U.S. Southern Command.

Intelligence confirmed that the vessel was moving along known narco-trafficking routes in the Eastern Pacific and actively engaged in narco-trafficking operations.

The strike resulted in the deaths of six male narco-terrorists. No U.S. military personnel were harmed during the operation.
