Snoop Dogg Stuns Swansea Crowd During First Visit As Co Owner

Swansea, Wales – Snoop Dogg made his first appearance at Swansea.com Stadium on February 24, 2026, attending as co-owner while Swansea City faced Preston North End.

Filmed from a regular season-ticket seat, the footage shows the rapper stepping onto the pitch to a thunderous reception from the home supporters. Dressed in a black tracksuit, gold chains, and his trademark sunglasses, he walked out as the stadium DJ played “Drop It Like It’s Hot”, “Gin and Juice”, and “The Next Episode”.

Thousands of fans waved white towels printed with “Make Some Noise”, creating a sea of movement in the stands. Snoop moved along the touchline and over the halfway line, raising both arms and smiling as Swansea players formed a guard of honour nearby.

As the camera zoomed in, the reaction inside the stadium intensified. Scarves were lifted, phones held aloft, and parts of the crowd launched into the chant “You Jack B***ard!” directed affectionately at their celebrity co-owner. Snoop responded by laughing, pointing toward the stands, and performing a playful strut.

The 40-second handheld clip captures the unusual crossover of hip-hop icon and Championship football, transforming a matchday moment into a spectacle.

The appearance quickly went viral. Preston manager Paul Heckingbottom later joked that the tunnel “smelt of weed” following the visit. Swansea drew 1-1 with Preston, but attention focused on Snoop’s debut as co-owner alongside Martha Stewart and Luka Modric.
