Fabro, Italy – A section of the historic walls of Fabro Castle in the province of Terni collapsed late Sunday night, authorities reported.
The incident occurred at 11 p.m. on February 15, 2026, for reasons that are still under investigation.
No injuries were reported, but several nearby homes were temporarily left without electricity following the collapse.
Firefighters quickly arrived at the scene and secured the affected area. They coordinated with municipal personnel to carry out technical inspections and ensure public safety.
