The video shows large sections of land covered by rising waters. Authorities emphasized the severity of the situation and the continuing risk to residents.

Officials warned the public to never attempt to drive through flooded roads, noting that even just 30 centimeters of water can sweep a vehicle away.

Citizens are urged to follow all instructions from authorities and stay clear of affected areas while rescue and monitoring operations continue.
