Grundy County, United States – A semi-truck struggling on icy roads was captured on dash camera by the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office on January 25, 2026.

Sheriff Dolleslager followed the semi as it was blown around on slick conditions along Highway 14, just north of Grundy Center. The footage shows the truck struggling to maintain control while sliding across the roadway.

The dash camera recording was taken after the sheriff had moved to a safe position, providing a clear view of the hazardous driving conditions.

Authorities reminded drivers to exercise caution during winter weather. The sheriff’s office concluded the post with a warning: “Travel safe Iowa!”
