Chicago, Ill. – Soldiers from the U.S. Army Golden Knights parachute team made a dramatic entrance ahead of the Chicago Bears versus Green Bay Packers football game on Dec. 20, 2025.

Staff Sgt. John Schmertzler of the U.S. Army Parachute Team performed a parachute jump directly into the stadium as part of the pregame activities.

The jump took place before kickoff and was conducted in front of the assembled crowd, creating a striking spectacle for fans.

The aerial demonstration was carried out as part of the game’s opening events.
