Sarasota, Florida – The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office reported another alligator sighting in the area, marking what officials jokingly describe as a “weekly series” of encounters.

A 10-foot, 3-inch alligator was found at the 7-Eleven located on 2751 N River Road. Authorities were alerted and responded to the scene to ensure public safety.

The incident highlights the ongoing presence of large alligators in the Sarasota region and the need for caution in areas near water and wildlife habitats.
