Eastern Pacific Ocean – On November 23, 2025, the crew of Coast Guard Cutter James (WMSL 754) intercepted a suspected drug smuggling vessel approximately 286 miles west of Manta, Ecuador.

This interdiction was one of nine carried out by James’ crew in international waters of the Eastern Pacific Ocean.
