Clearwater – A Coast Guard Station Sand Key crew rescued four people after their 24-foot vessel capsized approximately 26 miles west of Clearwater on Tuesday.

The station’s boat crew reached the overturned vessel and brought all four boaters aboard.

Officials said the rescued individuals were in stable condition.

They were safely transported to Station Sand Key, where emergency medical service personnel were waiting to receive them.
