Ornans, France – A video filmed by X user Clènedatou shows a street in Ornans covered by fast-moving brown floodwater during heavy nighttime rain.

Water estimated at about 6 to 12 inches deep moves across the road, reflecting light from nearby buildings and streetlamps. A two-story stone building with lit arched windows stands in the background, and a red-and-white awning marked “CREPERIE BREtonne” hangs above the entrance with outdoor tables and plants partly underwater.
