Airborne Brigade Storms Hawaii Skies In Pacific Combat Training Jump

Pohakuloa Training Area, Hawaii – U.S. Army Soldiers from the 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 11th Airborne Division, carried out an airborne jump above Pohakuloa Training Area on November 5, 2025.

The brigade launched from Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, demonstrating its ability to deploy rapidly to locations across the Pacific.

The operation formed part of Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center Rotation 26-01. The rotation brought together U.S. forces, multinational partners, and joint capabilities in a single large-scale exercise.

Training focused on tactics, techniques, and procedures needed to dominate jungle and archipelagic terrain during major combat operations.

The exercise underscored the U.S. Army’s commitment to maintaining regional security and reinforcing partnerships throughout the Indo-Pacific area of responsibility.
