Albany, New York – Earlier this week, the New York State Department of Transportation supported the safe delivery of this year’s Capitol Holiday Tree from Ballston Lake to Albany.

NYSDOT crews assisted along the route to ensure the tree reached the New York State Capitol safely.

The delivery continues the annual tradition that marks the start of the holiday season for New Yorkers.

The announcement closed with a seasonal message: “Happy Holidays, NY!”
