Deltona – On Nov 10, Karson Curry, 11, wrote out a kill list at Highbanks Learning Center, according to the Volusia Sheriff’s Office.

The School Resource Deputy confirmed Karson does not have access to weapons.

The 11-year-old is facing a felony charge of making a written threat to kill.

While school threats are down recently, Sheriff Chitwood is continuing to stress to students and parents that these types of threats will result in felony charges.
