Santa Ana, California – Dramatic video shows two cats being rescued from a blazing apartment in Santa Ana by OCFA Engine 28 firefighters.

The footage captures crews arriving on scene and rapidly deploying hose lines to battle the fire. Firefighters first ensured no people were trapped, then moved quickly to locate pets in the low-visibility conditions.

Their swift actions saved the two family cats, who are now recovering safely with their owners. The response also prevented the fire from spreading and damaging additional units.
