Rome, Italy – On Monday, November 3, 2025, emergency teams responded to a partial collapse of the historic Torre dei Conti in central Rome, near Largo Corrado Ricci.
During the initial stages of the incident, three workers trapped inside the structure were rescued using a fire department aerial platform.
A new collapse occurred while rescuers were assisting a fourth worker. Firefighters on site remained unharmed.
Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) teams specializing in building collapses and structural failures are also operating at the scene to ensure safety and assist in ongoing rescue efforts.
