Filmed from ground level outside a chain-link fence on a quiet street, the footage captures orange and yellow flames blasting upward from multiple points on large storage tanks and pipe structures within the facility.

Dark plumes of smoke rise quickly and spread across the sky, lit up by the blaze and nearby streetlights. Power lines and poles frame the right side of the scene, while distant trees appear on the left.

The shaky, handheld clip begins with a wide view as the fire intensifies, then pans slightly and zooms in as secondary bursts erupt, creating a chaotic, roaring inferno against the industrial skyline.
