Bogo City, Cebu, Philippines – Just after midnight on October 2, 2025, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) began a search and rescue operation using K9 units from Manila.

The mission focused on a collapsed apartelle located on Mansueto Street in Barangay Lourdes.

Working alongside representatives from the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) and the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), the Coast Guard’s SAR dogs carefully inspected the four-story structure.
