Cervinia, Italy – A video filmed by Marco M.M. on September 24, 2025, reveals heavy snowfall blanketing benches, flowers, and buildings in the alpine town of Cervinia.

The footage provides a street view where a “Souvenir Gift & Toy” shop and the “Ski Paradise” bistro appear under a snowy sky. White layers cover the surroundings, marking the return of winter conditions.

The snowfall is part of a major weather event in the western Alps. Some areas received more than one meter of snow as a result of a complex storm system influenced by both Atlantic and Mediterranean disturbances.

Commenting on the event, it was stated: “As expected, snow has returned to the Western Alps starting from 1,800–2,000 meters. The video was filmed in Cervinia a few hours ago.”
