Madrid, Spain – Video shows a robotic dog, likely a model similar to Boston Dynamics’ Spot, moving through a public indoor space in La Vaguada mall.

Equipped with multiple attachments, possibly for security or surveillance, the robot walks smoothly across the tiled floor, demonstrating precise and controlled movements.

Shoppers and visitors watch with curiosity and mild surprise as the mechanical dog maneuvers around the area, showcasing its capabilities.

The Policía Nacional announced that the robot, named Sira, will be present at the mall this weekend. Visitors are advised to follow Sira’s directions and can also enjoy safety talks designed for families on Friday, September 12, Saturday, September 13, and Sunday, September 14.

The demonstration highlights the growing use of robotic technology in public safety and security environments.
