Child Rescued From Claw Machine After Crawling Inside At Ohio Community Center

Mason, Ohio – A young child was rescued on Monday afternoon after getting stuck inside a claw machine filled with stuffed animals at the Mason Community Center.

Police and fire department crews responded to the scene shortly after 1 p.m.

Surveillance footage shows the child crawling through the prize chute and into the interior of the machine, which is commonly found in arcades and uses a joystick-controlled claw to grab toys.

The machine was later moved into a nearby store, which was temporarily closed while several first responders worked to free the child.

The child was eventually rescued from the back of the machine.

Police confirmed that the child was not injured.
