Edmonds, Washington – A Coast Guard MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew rescued a woman from Puget Sound about two miles off Edmonds Pier on July 17, 2026.

The helicopter from Coast Guard Air Station Port Angeles launched after receiving a report that a woman had entered the water near the pier.

The aircrew successfully hoisted the woman from the water and transported her to Paine Field, where she was transferred to local emergency medical personnel.
