Uncastillo, Zaragoza Province, Spain – Forest firefighters from the Daroca BRIF brigade worked throughout the night alongside Aragón forest fire crews to protect the town of Uncastillo from the advancing Orés wildfire.

The video shows emergency crews deploying hoses along reinforced defense lines as firefighters in protective gear move through smoke-filled areas lit by emergency vehicles. Active flames burn in the distance while teams strengthen barriers and position equipment in anticipation of changing winds.

Crews prepared water lines using three fire engines to support technical firefighting operations and defend the town if wind conditions shifted. The overnight operation formed part of the wider response to the Orés wildfire.

The fire has already burned thousands of hectares and forced evacuations in multiple towns. More than 400 personnel, including UME and other emergency resources, remain involved in the ongoing effort to contain the blaze under challenging weather conditions.
