Dog Rescued Alive From Venezuela Earthquake Rubble As Efforts Continue To Reach Trapped Woman

Caraballeda, La Guaira, Venezuela – Rescue teams have successfully pulled a dog named Chanel alive from the rubble in Caraballeda following the powerful earthquakes that struck Venezuela on June 24.

Chanel belongs to a trapped survivor identified as Camila Sofía, who is still located beneath the collapsed structures.

Rescue crews confirmed that the dog was brought out alive and in good condition during ongoing operations in the devastated area.

Teams are now working to create the necessary space within the rubble to safely reach Camila Sofía and carry out a rescue operation.

The effort remains focused on ensuring that access can be achieved without further risk, as rescuers continue their coordinated work in the area.
