Florida – Two deputies helped save a woman’s life after coming across a crash on Interstate 4 on June 3, 2026.

While stopping to check on the people involved, one deputy was directed to a woman who was unconscious behind the wheel. She was not breathing and had no pulse.

A second deputy arrived moments later to assist. The deputies removed the woman from the vehicle and immediately began CPR.

During the rescue, one deputy deployed her HCSO-issued AED while both deputies continued life-saving efforts until Hillsborough County Fire Rescue reached the scene and assumed medical care.

The woman was transported to a hospital and is now reported to be in stable condition.
