Aberdeen, United States – A family of geese was safely escorted off Interstate 95 near mile marker 77.5 during a coordinated effort involving a police officer and several members of the public.
Officer Buettner, together with multiple good samaritans, worked to guide the geese away from the busy roadway during the morning incident.
The animals were carefully directed off the highway to prevent them from entering traffic and to keep them out of danger.
Through quick action and cooperation, the group successfully moved the geese to a safer area away from the road.
Authorities described the effort as an example of community members working together to protect all road users, including wildlife.
