Eastern Pacific Ocean – On May 29, 2026, Joint Task Force Southern Spear carried out a lethal kinetic strike against a vessel operated by Designated Terrorist Organizations.

The operation was conducted under the direction of U.S. Southern Command commander Gen. Francis L. Donovan.

According to intelligence, the vessel was traveling along known narco-trafficking routes in the Eastern Pacific and was actively engaged in narco-trafficking operations.

Three male narco-terrorists were killed during the strike.

No U.S. military personnel were injured during the operation.

SOUTHCOM stated that it remains unwavering in its commitment to applying total systemic friction on the cartels.
