Fillmore, United States – Video filmed by X user Israel Barlow shows a landspout spinning over rural farmland between Fillmore and Holden, Utah, on May 26, 2026.

The towering vortex can be seen rising from the ground into the sky above open fields as dust and debris swirl through the air.

The landspout remains clearly visible as a rotating column while it gradually begins to weaken and dissipate during filming.

The person who shared the footage identified the phenomenon as a landspout and tagged the National Weather Service Salt Lake City.

Landspouts are relatively common in this part of Utah during the spring and early summer when strong winds and rapidly developing storms interact with dry soil.
