Miami, USA – A large scale aircraft formation featuring multiple US Air Force planes was displayed during the Hyundai Air and Sea show in Miami, Florida on 23 May 2026.

The formation was led by a B-52 Stratofortress, accompanied by a B-1 Lancer, A-10 Warthog, F-16 Fighting Falcon, F-18 Hornet, F-22 Raptor, and F-35 Lightning. The aircraft were assigned to Air Combat Command and Global Strike Command.

Each aircraft type contributed to demonstrating the range of capabilities within the US Air Force, spanning from long serving bombers to modern fifth generation fighter jets.

The display was referred to as the Arsenal of Freedom Formation, highlighting coordinated operations involving multiple aircraft platforms.

The event emphasized the Air Force’s ability to project force globally at any time as part of national defense capabilities.
