Police Officer Rescues Two Children And Mother From Burning Home In Chattanooga

Chattanooga, United States – A police officer rescued a mother and her two children from a residential fire after arriving first at the scene where flames were visible near the front door.

The Chattanooga Police Department stated that although officers are not trained as firefighters, they take an oath to serve and protect, and that is what Officer Rogers demonstrated during the incident.

According to the department, Officer Rogers responded to the fire and was informed by neighbors that people were still inside the home.

He immediately entered action and rescued two children and their mother from the burning residence.

No injuries were reported following the rescue.

The department expressed appreciation for Officer Rogers’ response, highlighting his bravery and dedication during the emergency situation.
