Queens, New York – Official surveillance footage captures Winston Pat during an illegal car meetup in the Maspeth and Middle Village area last month.

The video shows a white BMW sedan driving erratically at night through an intersection while performing donuts and burnouts. Thick tire smoke fills the area as the vehicle spins and moves through the street.

Winston Pat is seen standing on the roof of the moving BMW while it continues to spin and weave through the roadway. The actions place pedestrians, bystanders, and other vehicles at risk during the incident.

Crowds of people line the sidewalks and record the scene on their phones. Other vehicles, including another white sedan and a yellow sports car, are also visible in the area under streetlights.

Road markings such as “ONLY” are visible on the asphalt as the chaotic driving continues through the intersection.

Winston Pat has since been arrested and charged with reckless endangerment, riot, and criminal mischief. Authorities stated that these types of events will not be tolerated in the city.
